We take it from there
We reach out to the landlord directly and treat them exactly as we would any first enquiry — the same honest conversation and clear proposal, with zero pressure applied on your behalf.
Step three
You get £1,000
If the landlord signs their first agreement with us, we send you £1,000 within 14 days — by bank transfer or however suits you best.

Paid on every success
You earn £1,000 for each landlord who becomes a client. Refer as many as you like — there's no cap on how much you can earn.
Paid within 14 days
From the landlord signing their first guaranteed rent or management agreement, your reward is with you within 14 days.
Zero pressure
We treat every referred landlord with the same care as a first conversation. Whether they sign or not, your relationship with them stays intact.
Full referral programme terms apply. A referral qualifies for a reward only where the introduced landlord was not already in contact with us and goes on to sign their first agreement. Rewards are paid to the referrer once the agreement completes.
